On international tourism vis à vis State, what should apparently be pondered first is whether a State is really after the enhancement of this lucrative business, and it is not a mere claim for face validity, lip service, or sole propaganda so that the mobs in destitute do not get crossed with the persons in charge at various hierarchical levels concerned Provided that State honest managers are really after a great enhancement in international tourist industry, the best response would perhaps be: first things first Seemingly, first a reshuffling of ideas preconceived prior to the status quo and sieving the misconceptions, untrue or at least tentative assumptions and biases,and throwing away the self centered deceptive proposition that others are always wrong and astray and we are the invincible pivot Human societies are abundant in varieties of ideas and we have to try to find our place in pluralism and in mass production markets of almost all goods and commodities We have to be a part of the global civilization whether we like it or not as we have to provide our people with at least average prosperity To carry out the preceding, one hasto be a part of the global Orchestra and not to attempt to ruin the orchestra To blaspheme the west equals becoming a mere outcast and is definitely doomed to failure This rather managerial philosophical short paper through seeking the ideas of some participants touches on some fundamental concept of the need to rethink on macrosystems reshuffling regarding State international tourism
