Barium Titanate nanopowders are widely utilized in data storage applications, ceramics, electronic devices, commuting processors, dynamic holography, and so many other applications In this study, a nanopowder of barium titanate BT has been synthesized through a one pot combustion method Following the propellant chemistry theory, the molar ratio of reactants including Ba NO3 2, TiO NO3 2, and C2H5O2N material was obtained with the 1:1:2 222 The prepared powders were characterized using X ray diffraction XRD , Brunauer–Emmett–Teller BET , and scanning electron microscopy SEM analysis The crystallite size of as prepared BT and calcined BT was obtained at 31 8 and 35 nm, respectively using the Debye Scherrer formula Our results demonstrate the prepared barium titanate synthesized with our method has a pure phase and there I no need for any high temperature heating or calcination
