various compositions of PMMA bone cements comprising different ratios of solid, liquid phase, and nano silica filler are provided according to an experimental design 17 samples After blending, the samples are injected into specific molds 2 5 cc syringe Then, the moulds are set in a hotbox at 37° C for 24 hrs Next, in order to check the thermal properties, the samples were given a thermal shock set by a water and ice bath, and meanwhile, thermographic images were taken from both sides of the samples The results and pictures indicate that with the increase in the amount of filler in the samples, a lower temperature decrease is observed and consequently the thermal properties are improved
