Municipal income generation is a part of the management of financial resources in this institution, which contributes significantly to financial independence and sustainable urban management Sustainable revenue generation and financing in the municipality is a key concept in city management The ever increasing expansion of cities and the need for new urban facilities and infrastructures, the duties and responsibilities of municipalities have been increasingly expanded The city as a complex body and platform with different users’ needs to be taken care of from moment to moment, and among them, the residents of the cities also have expectations And it has different needs Municipalities are in contact with citizens from the moment they are born to the end of their lives, and this fact confirms the very broad and diverse duties of municipalities The purpose of this article is the need to monitor the Kurdish financial cost of urban management with an emphasis on Eslamshahr Municipality The results show that the municipality should move in such a direction that by using rationality and creativity and by planning new and innovative solutions, it will not finance all the city's executive expenses from the fees received and directly from the people Creative and entrepreneurial people should be employed in the municipality Earn money for municipalities in different ways As a result, financial transparency, in addition to building public trust and changing the type of discourse, requires and institutionalizes the requirement of managers to be accountable and responsible In general, it can be said that, based on the above documents, municipal revenue generation is a vital issue in urban management Issues such as financial corruption and specifically administrative corruption sometimes cause bumps in this path However, the principles of financial management provide practical solutions in this field
