چکیده مقاله
This study examines the factors influencing the development of water tourism in coastal areas and the role of each in shaping the future of this industry The main objective of the research is to identify key factors affecting water tourism and determine the priorities of these factors to create an attractive and sustainable environment for tourists The methodology employs the DEMATEL analysis to identify the relationships between various factors Safety, infrastructure, accessibility, environmental sustainability, and marketing were identified as the main components influencing water tourism The results show that safety regulations are the most critical drivers for the development of other factors and must be prioritized Additionally, infrastructure development, including transportation, accommodation, and leisure facilities, is essential to attract more tourists Environmental sustainability should be considered in all stages of planning and executing water tourism activities to minimize negative environmental impacts Furthermore, marketing and advertising should focus on promoting the unique attractions of coastal areas and water sports This research provides policymakers and stakeholders in the water tourism sector with practical recommendations and emphasizes the importance of safety, infrastructure, sustainability, and marketing Future research could explore additional factors such as regional economic and cultural conditions and their impact on the development of water tourism
