Chabahar, situated along the Oman Sea in southeastern Iran, presents significant opportunities for tourism related investments due to its strategic location, status as a Free Trade Zone, and unique natural and cultural attractions This coastal city offers a wide range of investment prospects in eco tourism, hospitality, maritime tourism, and infrastructure development, driven by increasing domestic and international tourist arrivals However, the region also faces challenges such as underdeveloped infrastructure, regulatory hurdles, and environmental concerns that require strategic planning and sustainable practices This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of investment opportunities in Chabahar's tourism sector, supported by recent data and case studies Key areas of focus include the development of eco friendly resorts, mid and high end accommodations, recreational facilities, and sustainable maritime tourism services The study emphasizes the economic potential of these investments, projecting significant job creation and revenue generation, while highlighting the importance of environmental conservation and regulatory reforms The findings aim to guide policymakers and investors in fostering a balanced and sustainable growth trajectory for Chabahar’s tourism industry
