Ensuring food security is one of the main pillars of sustainable development of countries, and dealing with food insecurity should be one of the main goals of the country's economic and social development planners Compilation and design of a targeted program to promote and improve the food security situation requires identifying and measuring the impact of the components that affect it Food security in society is achieved when enough healthy food is available and available for all people in all stages of life Undoubtedly, marine resources bring countless benefits to the global economy and provide fundamental opportunities for food production This research has tried using the panel data method to investigate the impact of the blue economy and good governance and some variables affecting food security in MENA countries from 2014 to 2022 The goat results show that the blue economy and good governance positively and significantly impacted food security in this group of countries Food security improves by 0 19% and 0 31%, with a 1% increase in fisheries production and a one unit increase in the good governance index
