The incomplete orthogonalization method IOM is a desirable approachfor solving nonsymmetric linear system of equations due to its low computational cost,compared to the other iterative solvers In this paper, we present an extension of thedirect IOM DIOM to solve the Sylvester tensor equations arising from fully three dimensional microscale dual phase lag problem based on tensor format The numericalexperiment demonstrates the efficiency and validity of the proposed method
