Measuring the observable characteristics of living organisms, phenotyping, is the scientific progress in today’s world A series of characteristics that every consumer can be influenced by them in buying fruits are naturally shiny, deeply colored, heavy for the size, absence of blemishes and diseases, well appeared shape, etc For obtaining fast and accurate operation in the process of agricultural industry, image processing is executed in the sense of automation Classifying different fruits from each other is an important method in real time applications by using image processing techniques In this paper, determining and recognizing apple fruits among orange fruits by using Neural Pattern Recognition in MATLAB 2016 software has been done and the results show good accuracy
