In this study we described the optical reflection and optical transmission in individual semiconductor Recently, reflection and transmission have been studied in nanoparticles, plasmonics, photonic crystals and electromagnetic metamaterials According to the survey, we can said that reflection and transmission depends to condition and some parameters Generally, it can be said reflection and transmission regulated by a variety of geometric parameters Here , we introduce a simple semiconductor nanostructure and describe the simulations and analysis of reflection and transmission at periodic and non periodic conditions and the effect of periodic condition of reflection and transmission and investigate them in different characteristics , change the width of semiconductor and different wavelengths and compare them in tow conditions
