So far, in the variety methods of knowledge acquisition the certain method is not available The reason for this is that knowledge acquisitions are prepared in based on personal suitability The method of acquired knowledge should be able to systematically compare with other methods that used in the issue In this way reliability and its ability of using them can be assessed In the process of information systems analysis such a result has been achieved, there are three main strategies in the creation and evaluation of assumptions: the first way is situation logic and the second is applying theories and third strategy is comparison with historical instances These tree strategies explained in detail and the advantages and weaknesses has been noted Using the ACH Analysis of Competing Hypotheses model which is based on the situation logic is being organized the knowledge base of expert system for the diagnosis of neurological diseases In this article regardless of all of techniques to obtain the knowledge from experts, we have tried to enhance the credibility of the gained knowledge using ACH model
