The paper examines relevant manufacturing systems design tools available with emphasis on introducing valid data for processing However, to support the effective application of the manufacturing design methodology which may have a different approach from design point of view, it is vital to support the process by providing appropriate analytical software systems In order to provide effective software implementations during the systems design and re design stages with reliable and consistence results, the paper introduces an efficient technique to improve speed and reliability of the processes in terms of data capture, input and storage
