To aid researchers in the scheduling of conditional maintenance for complex, computer controlled technological equipment this paper presents maintenance characteristics, help researchers and managers understand the complex reality of failures and repairs and schedule for conditional maintenance for a typical flexible manufacturing system FMS that is a robot paint sprayer The data are fit with appropriate theoretical distributions such as Weibull
