چکیده مقاله
The basic attributes of electromagnetic forming process are discussed in this paper In addition , the free compaction of an aluminum tube is simulated as an example of finite element approach The results of this three dimensional simulation with simultaneously coupling of electromagnetic and mechanical aspect of process are compared with the experimental results the main advantages of this simulation in comparison with other works would be the 3 Dbased modeling and the coil geometry which is modeled as a set of separate parallel rings, causing the relatively good agreement in comparison with the experimental results
