One of the important cases in designation and manufacturing of magnetostriction ultrasonic head is designing of driver circuit For this goal we need to know the electrical properties of system or equivalent electrical circuit In this paper a new method has been developed to determine equivalent electrical circuit without any time consuming experiment In fact equivalent mechanical circuit was used to calculate of electrical circuit elements With computing of equivalent stiffness, mass and damping coefficients, using conversion coefficient, equivalent capacitance, self inductance of coil and resistance of system were found
