Polymer is a nascent science that did not take long to enter the industry, however, the use of these materials in the industry is increasing day by day The specific properties of this material from resistance to weight, high strength relative to weight, electrical transmission to metal sources, in some cases it is possible to replace metals, production and assembly of polymer parts in large and complex dimensions for connection Which has a complete reliability factor that in some cases this reliability cannot be obtained with adhesive and mechanical connection methods Rotational friction welding is a method that has been used for metals in consecutive years, and it can make this method interesting for researchers In this research, it will be investigated by rotary friction welding method to determine the optimal ranks Three different levels are provided for advance speed, infill percentage and loose amount Tensile strength test has been done on the samples, based on the results and graphs, the mechanical behavior has been evaluated in different types It is worth noting that the welding of the samples was always controlled by a thermometer The results show that the connection with a rotational speed of 1000 rpm, 75% infill and 6 loose value at a temperature of 120 °C and an advance of 0 05 mm/rev has the highest tensile strength, which has reached 108 2% of the tensile strength of the original sample
