چکیده مقاله
Accumulative Roll Bonding ARB is a method of strengthening metals by inducing Severe Plastic Deformation SPD This process enhances material strength but simultaneously reduces its formability The Forming Limit Diagram FLD illustrates the deformability of metal sheets under various loading conditions before necking occurs In this paper, the influence of different passes of the ARB process on the stress strain curve and hardening exponent of commercially available 1050 aluminum sheets is investigated Subsequently, we employed Swift's model for the right hand side of the FLD, and Hill's model for the left hand side in the case of various ARB passes The results indicate a decrease in the strain hardening exponent in the initial pass of the ARB process, followed by an increase with subsequent passes Furthermore, the FLD value increases with higher hardening exponents by increasing the ARB passes until the fifth pass
