Layering glass/carbon onto resin and alternating their layers is a common method for designing and fabricating laminate composites using thermosetting resins However, these composites still face challenges due to the inherently brittle nature of the polymer matrix In this research, the hypothesis is to enhance the flexibility and mechanical properties of the composite by employing thermoplastic polymers Specifically, low density polyethylene is used, which, after blending with micro/nano carbon based or mineral based materials, undergoes laminating with fiber reinforced fabric layers under high shear forces in a molten polymer state using a two roll calendering machine and Thermoplastic laminate sheets reinforced with particles are produced Subsequently, by investigating the manufacturing process window, including process temperature and composite composition parameters, the thermal properties such as melting point and crystalline state of the samples, as well as the mechanical behavior of the composites, including tensile properties, are examined and the relationship between the structure and properties is determined
