چکیده مقاله
In this paper, manufacturing of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy with Selective laser melting andcompare with investment casting, for aviation and aerospace application was studied Forthis study samples with special dimension from Ti6Al4V Titanium alloy by Selectivelaser melting was made and heat treated then mechanical test, microstructure evaluation,x ray evaluation and density measurement were applied Results showed animprovement in UTS, YS, %El, respectively from 876 MPa, 827 MPa and 6% atinvestment casting samples to 1287 MPa, 1247 MPa and 10% in samples made withselective laser melting 3D printer X ray inspection showed that samples made withSLM free from any gas or shrinkage defects
