چکیده مقاله
In the present study, zinc oxide nanoparticles were obtained by combustion Zinc nitratesalt was used as oxidizer and urea was used as fuel The structure and particle size of thesynthesized oxide surface powders were examined by X ray diffraction XRD andscanning electron microscopy SEM Zinc oxide doped with europium oxide wascalcined at 800 ˚C, were added to polylactic acid PLA and chitosan polymers via 3Dprinting, fused deposition modeling FDM to fabricate composite scaffolds Theproperties, morphology and particle size of the scaffolds were investigated through theemployment of XRD, FESEM and EDX analysis and the optical properties of zinc oxidewere scrutinized by photoluminescence analysis PL In order to investigate thebiomaterial applications of the produced composite, the samples were subjected tobiocompatibility testing in simulated body fluid SBF The results of the analyzesshowed that the production of zinc oxide nanoparticles with hexagonal structure, highporosity and narrow distribution is possible via the use of urea The most properscaffolds were obtained through FDM at 205 ˚C and speed of10 mm /sec
