چکیده مقاله
Wire and Arc Additive Manufacturing WAAM is a new and efficient method for manufacturing metal parts that combines welding and additive manufacturing processes to produce large scale products with desirable mechanical properties and relatively complex geometries This manufacturing method involves melting the welding wire using an electric arc source and depositing material layer by layer on the substrate Factors and parameters that affect the quality and performance of parts produced by this method include the type of raw materials, current, voltage, wire feed speed WFS and nozzle speed, environmental conditions, and post production methods Research in this field shows that the appropriate selection of process parameters can have a significant impact on improving the mechanical properties of the parts produced This article comprehensively reviews the WAAM process parameters, their interactions, and optimization of this process for thin walled production, and analyzes various research results in this field Also, solutions are presented to improve the performance and quality of parts produced by the WAAM method
