چکیده مقاله
A micro CT scanner is an advanced imaging tool used for non destructive inspection of internal structures at the microscopic level It uses micro focus X ray sources to create high resolution X ray images, even at high magnification, which allows for the production of highly accurate computed tomography CT images These scanners use a cone beam CT configuration, where the object is placed on a rotating table and X rays are emitted from the side The resulting X ray images are taken at different angles and reconstructed by a high performance computer to produce accurate CT images by rapidly rotating the object As an advanced technology in 3D imaging, micro CT scanning plays an important role in reverse engineering of industrial components This article reviews the methods and techniques of micro CT scanning, its applications in structural analysis, reconstruction of three dimensional models, and quality inspection of components Using this technology, engineers are able to identify internal defects, optimize design, and control quality in production Finally, this article examines examples of real world applications of micro CT scanning in various industries and analyzes the results
