چکیده مقاله
This paper focuses on the development and implementation of a quality inspection robot using Eddy Current Array ECA technology for inspecting the surface of steel slabs The designed robotic system utilizes flexible probes and multi coil arrays to accurately identify surface and subsurface defects, providing a three dimensional map of the surface condition of the slabs This technology eliminates the need for chemicals and reduces inspection time, significantly increasing the speed and accuracy of the inspection process Additionally, by providing detailed and analytical maps, it facilitates decision making for improving production quality The implementation of this technology in the steel industry can substantially enhance the quality of final products and reduce production costs
