This study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational resiliency with occupational enthusiasm ofhigh school teachers and principals of high schools in Alborz Province and was performed with descriptive correlation method The sample size were all high school teachers and school principals of high schools andconservatories of district 1 and the number of teachers and principals were 1300 and 65 people in 2015, respectively The sample size regarding the number of teachers and principals were calculated as 297 and 56 respectively usigCochran formula So, overall survey sample size was 353 people That due to the possible flow of samples, wereconsidered 360 people Connor Davidson 2003 Resilience Scale was used for measuring resiliency and to measureoccupational enthusiasm a questionnaire that was designed in 2001 by Salvanava and Shofly was used Pearsoncorrelation test results showed that according to the results of this study as well as the results of previous studies,organizational Resilience had direct significant correlation with school principals and teachers occupationalenthusiasm It means that by increasing organizational resiliency can predict more occupational enthusiasm forprincipals and teachers in schools The individual components of organizational resilience also showed a significantcorrelation with occupational enthusiasm Correlation of resiliency with occupational enthusiasm components werealso confirmed
