چکیده مقاله
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the causes and factors that cause conflicts of interest in governance and providing solutions and a model based on good governance to reduce its effects In this research, two tools of interview and questionnaire were used to collect information The results of this research showed that conflict avoidance structure, management of organizational behavior, transparency of affairs, dynamics of governance system, digital transformation, meritocracy, predictability, participation, regulations preventing conflict of interest and accountability are among the factors that can manage conflict of interest and help protect public rights in governance Also, the results of the interpretative structural modeling approach that was used to build the model showed that the structure of conflict avoidance and conflict prevention regulations are at the lowest levels, therefore these two variables are prioritized for the management of conflict of interest Conflict of interest is one of the concepts that is necessary to know correctly in any field; Because the correct understanding of this concept and its examples provides the way for its correct management The main question of the current research is, what are the dimensions and scope of the conflict of interest debate in private law The authors believe that the constituent elements of conflict of interest are interest, conflict, judgment decision making and relationship The existence of these elements in the relationships of people, regardless of whether the said relationship is related to public rights or private rights, causes a conflict of interests
