Liberal peace, which is rooted in normative approaches, has become a model in the world through which, under a hegemonic system, institutions, norms and political, social and economic systems repeat liberal ones, while it seems limited in some areas The framework of liberal peace, which is beyond the idea of the phenomenon of peace, towards peacemaking, with a liberatory perspective, requires development based on empathy, which is a form of hybrid peace We intend to look at the transliberal peace and its legacy and, in a study with a descriptive analytical method, examine the question of whether democracy preserves peace Then, in conclusion, we arrive at the functions of the orientation of the culture of peacemaking towards a sustainable peace under the shadow of constructive diplomacy that will be possible in the mediation and arbitration model
