Human Resource have been known as the most important resource in companies across the world It plays significant role in success of firms and policies related to it Human Resource Accounting is a process which can identify and measure data about human resources in an institute such as organization Considering and measuring the investment on human resources helps to evaluate the asset of human resource investment during a period of time This paper shows the importance of Human Resource Accounting in a mega company in period of 2012 2020 It investigates that the value of production per employee in this organization
