The health system in Iran and India faces numerous challenges, among which respecting the health rights of prisoners prisoners deprived of their liberty is one of these challenges Undoubtedly, improving the health system in Iran and India requires solving challenges in various dimensions The classification and separation of prisoners deprived of their liberty and increasing the level of protection and maintenance and their protection coefficient, along with the deficiency of standardization of the behavior of the guards and the incorrect, customary, and tasteful and different administrative methods by the judicial guards, along with the deficiency of laws and the deficiency of provision of necessary arrangements in medical facilities for them, have led to the violation of the rights of those deprived of their liberty This article, using a descriptive and analytical method and library collection, has resulted in good practical results and suggestions in the field of solving a small part of these problems in the health system
