چکیده مقاله
Objectives of this article thoroughly examines humanitarian intervention under the Responsibility to Protect R2P doctrine, placing significant emphasis on the compatibility and challenges that arise in relation to the Law of War International Humanitarian Law IHL as well as the Law of Armed Conflicts The study delves into the theoretical foundations and legal frameworks that underpin R2P, while also exploring real world applications through a series of relevant case studies Moreover, it addresses ethical issues surrounding intervention, providing critical insights into the complex interplay between ethical considerations, legal norms, and the geopolitical realities that influence humanitarian efforts The results and conclusions drawn from this research clearly indicate that, although R2P is structured as a legal mechanism for intervention during humanitarian crises, ensuring its effective coordination with various international laws—particularly those related to human rights and armed conflict—requires more extensive examination The findings aim to assist policymakers and practitioners in formulating more effective strategies for humanitarian interventions, thereby ensuring adherence to vital humanitarian and legal principles
