Cloud computing is a computing model to provide a virtualized processing and computing resources to improve resource use and increase user satisfaction Task scheduling and load balancing are essential and important for all stakeholders to Cloud So it is necessary to develop effective planning policies to distribute appropriately the workload of the system and reduce the computation time In this article, we present a comparative analysis of the basic scheduling policies both at the host and VM level cloud environments using different valuation parameters
