In this paper, deformation of 7075 Aluminum alloy in equal channel angular press/extrusion ECAP/ECAE is analyzed with using three dimensional 3D simulation by finite element method This investigation include effect of Die angle , number of passes, kinds of the routes A,Ba,Bc,C paths , temperature of the process, and back pressure on equivalent strain and homogeneity of strain
