In this paper, Equal Channel Angular Pressing ECAP is studied using Toric Prominence TP on commercially pure aluminum ECAP is one the most popular SPD processes During this process the material is subjected to severe deformation causing extreme changes in mechanical and metallurgical properties of workpiece The mechanical properties were studied as a function of TP Height TPH In this study, different heights of 14, 16, 18mm were studied The finite element simulations were carried out using Deform 3D Finite element modeling shows that the values of the equivalent plastic strain and its distribution, equivalent stress and deformation forces depend extremely on TPH and its profile The numerical results show that effective strain and deformation force are increased with increasing of TPH
