A new unstructured grid generation algorithm has been developed to utilize in shallow water simulations Use of coarse initial grid, grid optimization and geometry boundary adaptations are among of the algorithm abilities Point Insertion and Cell Subdivision PICS methods are applied to split grid cells Unstructured grids are generated in domains with diversion flows and circular basin Grid outputs
