In order to find out the most effective growthfactors in retina tissue engineering, a systemsbiology study was performed This studydemonstrates the importance and preview of the21 proteins that plays different roles in retinaregeneration In fact, based on tissueEngineering’s three major components cell,scaffold & growth factor , we have to know theexact role of each one For any engineered tissuefabrication, these three parts is needed In this work, a Gene Ontology analysis inaddition to a degree centrality analysis, show themost effective growth factors in Retina TissueEngineering
