Organizational entrepreneurship, innovation in organizational design and business practices havesubstantial positive effect on the economic and social development of organizations and the entiresociety Without a doubt, ethics provides the framework for entrepreneurship to build values thatare pertinent to the real needs of society and to encourage long term growth and development Thepurpose of this essay is to investigate the relationship between ethical supply chain managementand organizational success The current study was one of many applied descriptive correlationstudies The statistical population of the study consisted of the manufacturing enterprises in theindustrial towns of Tehran City, and a sample of 198 manufacturing businesses was randomlyselected from this population The research tool consisted of six widely used questionnaires, andthe results were analyzed with Smart Pls software utilizing the partial least squares approach andthe structural equation test The analysis of the data indicates that there is a significant relationshipbetween supply chain business intelligence and an increase in organizational and supply chainintegration Supply chain management is significantly impacted by the level of organizational andsupply chain integration The moral performance of organizational resources and the integrity ofthe supply chain are strongly positively connected with the level of organizational integrity Theethical performance of organizational resources and the buyer's financial success are also stronglypositively correlated, as is supply chain integrity with both of these variables
