Internet of things IoT has experienced aconsiderable growth within recent years, which it in turn hasbrought about some challenges for this technology, including theproblem of managing paths of a great number of machines,whose infrastructures need to be changed through E Healthsystem in the near future, and it also directs organizations to usethis technology Network is composed of many sensors, whichare scattered across a space to collect data and to send them intoa central node The data are moving continuously and theinternet of things emergence will change fundamentally thecurrent form of movements We need to consider allcommunication endpoints and data communication routes foundamong all machines, cloud and networks and then to develop alow traffic route to exchange data there Energy constraintsalong with how data are received completely in receivers with aminimum delay, which can influence the network life directly, isa vital challenge one may find in E Health Introduction
