Introduction: Nowadays, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease NAFLD has been known as a huge burden on the shoulders of health systems It were found by lodvig and his worker for the first time in 1980 nonalcoholic fatty liver disease NAFLD is the most common chronic liver disease in children and adults Ultrasound studies in Western society indicate a 25% prevalence of the disease There is no effective treatment for thiis disease Recently, probiotics are suggested as possible treatment The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of probiotics in NAFLD treatment Methods: In this interventional study, which was performed as a double blind randomized clinical trial, 80 patients with non alcoholic fatty liver disease referred to Beasat hospital in Tehran during 2018 and 2019 who wish to participate in the study Were randomly selected and evaluated Then, the obtained data were statistically analyzed using SPSS software version 21 and the significance was determined by considering P value
