Background: Respiratory infectious diseases due to physiological changes that occur during pregnancy, increase the risk of adverse maternal side effects compared to the general population People with weakened immune systems are at high risk for coronary heart disease One of them is pregnant women because we see changes in the immune system during pregnancy In this study, the predictors of miscarriage or preterm delivery in Pregnant women with Covid 19 or in the Covid 19 epidemic environment were investigated Methods: This study was a narrative review that was conducted by searching related studies and resources in databases of Google Scholar, SID, Pubmed, Magiran, Web of Science, and Scopus Finally, 49 qualified articles were analyzed and the texts were reviewed Based on the obtained data, the predictors of included maternal and fetal complications as Fetal anxiety, Preterm delivery, maternal neonatal infections, fetal hydrops, neonatal death, Hospitalization of the pregnant mother in the intensive care unit Conclusion: Special care for pregnant mothers is a breakthrough in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of Covid 19 and with special attention to pregnant mothers can be predicted that the rate of abortion is reduced and also low risk pregnancies and deliveries easily and without maternal mortality and Or baby done
