The most common gynecological malignancy in the female reproductive system is Endometrial carcinoma The highest prevalence is seen around the age of 60 5% of cases under 40 It occurs mainly in the postmenopausal period, and its pathogenicity increases with age Mucinous carcinoma of the endometrium MCE is a rare histologic type representing less than 5% of all endometrial carcinomas
