Sexual satisfaction is an important reason in people's lives, which is effective in all aspects of a couple's life Having children is one of the desires of a couple the non fulfillment of which can affect their level of satisfaction The purpose of this study is to investigate factors related to sexual satisfaction in infertile women, which was conducted as a descriptive review This study was done with steps, design of study question, search, with Persian related keywords and their English equivalents 11 studies remained to report the results Quality screening of cross sectional studies was done by AXIS checklist A study with a qualitative design was included in the study to complete the classifications, then the findings were classified The results of the present study are derived from 11 studies The first class is the individual factors that were compiled by carefully studying 4 articles and it refers to the age, education, gender, number and sexual pattern of couples before infertility The second class is related to socio economic factors, where 3 articles mentioned the relationship between financial status, place of residence and job Psychological factors are also the next category, which in 2 articles mentioned the meaning and concept of couples, sexual issues, women's individual personality and records of psychiatric disorders such as anxiety disorder Physical medical factors which include the severity of infertility, duration of treatment, history of death and abortion and the physical health status of the woman or man were mentioned in 6 studies The last class, which represents the cultural factors, includes the view of the woman and her husband towards infertility, the cultural and religious beliefs of women An important point in the classification of articles is the overlapping of some articles in several categories The results of this study show that sexual satisfaction in infertile women is related to many factors
