Introduction: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 SARS CoV 2 has created worldwide disease with urgent global health crisis Many effective vaccines have been developed and evaluated around the world But due to the special conditions of pregnant mothers, this group of people was excluded from the COVID anti viral and vaccine trials Methods: This review article was performed to investigate Covid 19 vaccines on Pregnant Women and their Fetuses We systematically searched PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar and Web of Science databases to evaluate the efficacy and safety profile of COVID 19 vaccination in pregnant and lactating women infection in pregnant women with no documented adverse effects, however future studies are needed to confirm current findings
