According to the definition by the United Nations, the age between 10 and 19 years is knownas adolescence, and pregnancy in this age range is considered as teenage pregnancy Adolescentpregnancy has different differences in different societies and cultures, and most teenagepregnancies occur between the ages of 15 and 19 It is average According to statistics; indeveloped, one out of every 3,800 adolescent girls' dies of pregnancy, while in developing, oneout of every 150 adolescent girls dies due to early pregnancy Considering that motherhood isthe concept of bearing children and taking care of children along with meeting their materialand spiritual needs and providing suitable platforms for their proper growth and upbringing Fulfilling this responsibility in teenage mothers plays an important role in the upbringing ofthe generation and as a result, the health of the society Motherhood is the concept of bearing children and taking care of children along with materialand spiritual provisions and providing a suitable platform for their proper growth andupbringing The important performance of this responsibility has a role in the education of thegeneration and, as a result, the health of society As a result, honoring women to bear childrenand perform the necessary duties in this field, especially for pregnant mothers in sports, andrespecting the position of mothers, in addition to the value of the role and position of mothers,will lead to the growth of a generation with physical and mental health Therefore, the presentstudy was conducted to review studies on pregnancy problems in teenage mothers in Iran Materials and methods:In this review, scientific texts with the keywords teenage mothers, honoring the role ofmotherhood, pregnancy problems in teenagers on the websites Google Scholar, PubMed,Irandoc, Bank of Jihad University SID , and Bank of the Country's publications Magi ran searched FindingsThe results of the present study showed that policies should be considered so that marriedteenage girls and pregnant women who may be illiterate and in poverty have less healthyfertility to guarantee the health of the mother and child It also made provisions that marriage and childbearing should lead to girls dropping out of school In Iran, more than in other countries, there is no program for the reproductive health of teenage mothers There are challenges in our information about the role of health and reproductive health in the field of adolescent mothers' problems and their educational needs ConclusionIn this study, the environment and treatment were identified as the most important factors in understanding and addressing the health care of teenage mothers These findings can be used to design and implement interventions to increase the participation of educational therapeutic centers in paying more attention to Avery's children and teenage mothers This is especially true in facilitating and participating in childbearing and maintaining the respect and status of mothers in need
