Premature menopause or premature ovarian failure is a disorder in which the ovaries stopovulating and menstrual cycles end before the age of 40 Natural menopause occurs around theage of 50 A woman who does not have a period for 12 consecutive months is calledmenopause Due to the physical and mental changes caused by early menopause and the decrease in fertility,we need proper and timely treatment, which lifestyle modification is effective in preventingand treating early menopause The purpose of this study is to show the effect of a healthy lifestyle on a successful pregnancyin a 37 year old woman without the use of hormonal drugs Method:A 37 year old woman who tried to get pregnant for 11 years and filed a case online two yearsago When filing the case, the level of AMH:0/3 and his history of 6 unsuccessful IVF, threeof which were with donated eggs, and his wife's sperm motility was low The treatment started based on lifestyle changes, with training on stress management strategies,healthy eating, including eliminating sugar and sugar, eliminating fast food and preservatives,consuming fresh brains and vegetables, getting enough sleep, and exercising, breathingtechniques,for He and his wife were treated findings:During the period of lifestyle modification, the patient's stress was well controlled and her sleepwas regulated, and FSH decreased from 16/3 to 6/4, and finally, after three months of fundamental lifestyle modification, pregnancy occurred without the use of the smallest hormonal drug Now the child is one year old Conclusion:Considering the high costs of infertility treatment and the high stress of couples, as well as the increasing age of marriage and the reduction of ovarian reserve, the appropriate effect of a healthy lifestyle on the treatment process and the reduction of costs and patient stress and the improvement of clinical symptoms, it is recommended to pay attention to this treatment
