Advanced age and hormonal markers, especially low levels of anti Mullerian hormone AMH , are among the most important predictors of fertility A decrease in AMH, especially in women over 35, is often associated with recommendations for the use of egg donation or assisted reproductive techniques Recent studies have shown that AMH represents functional ovarian reserve and not necessarily true reserve Shoham, 2018 , and may decrease or increase under the influence of modifiable factors In the clinical experience of the author and other colleagues, several cases of successful pregnancy have been observed in women with low AMH levels and advanced age after lifestyle modification The objective of this report is to investigate the effect of lifestyle modification on successful pregnancy in women with low AMH levels, without the use of assisted reproductive techniques
