چکیده مقاله
This paper examines the gradual implementation of systems and methods, Business Intelligence BI , and data mining in a high tech industrial mechatronics company The main objective of this research is to improve business processes, optimize data utilization for strategic decision making, and increase organizational productivity Initially, business processes were identified and modeled, and then these processes were implemented in existing systems Subsequently, using BI tools, data from ERP systems and internal software were extracted, integrated, and analyzed Finally, management dashboards were created for the organization's managers to assist in data driven decision making The results of this research indicate that the implementation of these systems has led to improved process efficiency, reduced costs, and increased profitability Additionally, the use of BI has contributed to forecasting production trends, inventory management, and sales analysis This research emphasizes the importance of data integration and the use of BI tools to enhance process management and strategic decision making
