This study delves into the mechanical properties of concrete enhanced by the incorporation of ilmenite powder and aerating additives Ilmenite, a titanium iron oxide mineral, is explored for its potential to augment concrete strength and durability The research investigates varying concentrations of ilmenite powder mixed with concrete,coupled with the addition of additives agents to assess their combined impact on mechanical properties The experimental methodology involves comprehensive testing, including compressive strength, tensile strength, and flexural strength evaluations Additionally, durability aspects such as resistance to abrasion are scrutinized The study aims to uncover the optimal blend of ilmenite powder and additives that maximizes concrete performance In this research samples are made incorporate with ACI Standard in volume ratios of 9%, 15%, 25%, 35% replacement of sand with Ilmenite powder Accordingly, applying 25% of Ilmenite powder shows more compressive strength than the other volumetric ratios and more correlation coefficient between mechanical properties such as compressive and tensile strengths
