This paper examines the role of land use planning in urbandevelopment plans, analyzing recent methodologies and studies inthis domain Through case studies of various cities, the impact ofdiverse land uses on urban quality of life is elaborated Theselected sources were chosen for their novelty, high citationcounts, and publisher credibility Adopting a qualitative approach,the study addresses topics such as sustainable urban planning,holistic planning approaches, and the application of artificialintelligence in urban planning Finally, several recommendationsfor future research are proposed
