چکیده مقاله
The presence of bubbles in certain processes is a prominent and unavoidable problem that requiressolutions for removal and prevention It is essential to note that in some processes, bubble formationis intentional and its presence is beneficial for process improvement However, when bubbleremoval is desired, effective management of this phenomenon must be implemented to preventexcessive bubble accumulation, thereby minimizing its spread throughout the system and associateddisturbances Since any action requires initial identification of how bubbles form and, more importantly, howthey move and behave within a fluid, initial studies must encompass the formation and movement ofbubbles in various Newtonian and non Newtonian fluids to enable the application of cost effectiveand efficient solutions for removal or enhancement Despite the significance of both intentional andunintentional bubble formation, there has been limited research in this area Most studies havefocused on bubble formation in fluidized beds, which involve solid, liquid, and gas phases However,in many processes, bubble formation and movement occur readily in single phase systems involvingonly one Newtonian or non Newtonian fluid Therefore, since previous research in this area hasprimarily been based on experimental studies, the present research will focus on modeling andsimulating the motion of bubbles in various Newtonian and non Newtonian fluids
