Digital psychology is an emerging interdisciplinary field that is revolutionizing the delivery of mental health services worldwide This transformation, through the integration of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, enables the provision of scalable, personalized, and cost effective services This article provides a systematic review of the impact of artificial intelligence and machine learning on the three main areas of diagnosis, intervention, and prevention of mental disorders By analyzing the latest advancements in natural language processing, computer vision, deep learning, and virtual reality, we demonstrate how these technologies are transforming traditional paradigms in psychology Ethical challenges, privacy concerns, and implementation issues related to these technologies are also discussed, along with practical solutions to overcome them
