چکیده مقاله
Early detection of cancer remains a critical challenge in modern medicine, as conventional diagnostic methods often fail to identify malignancies at their earliest stages This study investigates the potential of artificial intelligence AI in enhancing early cancer detection through the integration of genetic biomarkers Genomic datasets, including DNA mutations, RNA expression profiles, and epigenetic signatures, were preprocessed and analyzed using advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques Fusion strategies early, intermediate, and late were employed to combine multi omics data, enabling comprehensive predictive modeling Results demonstrated that ensemble approaches achieved superior performance, with ROC AUC values exceeding 99% across multiple cancer types, while early fusion strategies showed remarkable accuracy in breast and colorectal cancer detection Interpretability analyses using SHAP values identified BRCA1 mutations and TP53 expression as key biomarkers, validating the biological relevance of the models External validation confirmed the generalizability of the framework, reducing false negatives and improving clinical applicability This research underscores the transformative role of AI driven biomarker integration in precision oncology, offering a pathway toward routine, non invasive, and highly accurate cancer screening Ethical considerations regarding patient privacy and genomic data security are discussed, alongside recommendations for future research in expanding datasets and developing explainable AI frameworks Ultimately, the convergence of AI and genomics holds promise for revolutionizing cancer diagnostics and improving patient survival worldwide
